It appears as though businessman Jeff Mulligan has defeated incumbent Mayor Ken Baker and will become the new mayor of Lloydminster.

According to results released a few minutes ago, Mulligan received 2,141 votes, over 300 more than Baker's 1,802. 

Robert Rody came in third with 285.
